		<description>I spent 5 days trying to figure out why I always get "java.net.SocketException: Connection reset by peer: connect". I didn't manage to figure it out but if you use the URL that you provided above then it installs a 2.0 version which works PERFECTLY! Thanks!

So remember to use
http://download.eclipse.org/dsdp/tm/updates/2.0/
and NOT
http://download.eclipse.org/dsdp/tm/</description>
